I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, based in San Diego here to support you. I engage in Telehealth Therapy sessions with clients throughout the state of California. On Thursdays, I offer in person therapy at my Clairemont office. Helping people is my passion. I have over ten years of experience providing therapeutic services to those dealing with challenging life experiences in various mental health settings. 

 

Faith is important to some of my clients. Whether you come from a Catholic Faith, Christian Faith, or any other Spiritual Tradition, I welcome you and respect your personal experiences. I embrace the importance of honoring individual differences, including: race, ethnicity, spiritual beliefs, gender, sexuality, appearance and socio-economic status. I will incorporate what is meaningful to you with sound techniques from Psychology.
